Samuel Adams' Summer Ale is a bright, cirtusy wheat ale brewed with malted wheat, lemon peel and Grains of Paradise and a rare pepper from Africa used to spice the brew. The result is medium bodied ale with spicy notes and hints of tropical fruits, mangoes and peaches.

Hop lovers cheap alternative

its has a little hop flavour, purchasing at $40 due to 2 months form best before, i would always pick this over other mega swill cheap options

Cloudy golden in colour, with poor head retention. Strong spicy floral aroma with a light carbonation. Citrussy-herbal flavour with an unpleasant 'sour' aftertaste. Could be refreshing on a hot day, but not my idea of a summer session beer.
