Dry, Medium Bodied style of ShirazYarra Valley, AustraliaA nose of spices, tobacco, dried fruit, and wet rocks wrapped in a leather pouch. The palate is medium bodied but carries an intense medley of blue and purple fruit supported by assertive, but soft tannins. Gentle acidity brings a long and warm finish of burnt vanilla, warm embers, and dried fruit. Handpicked and destemmed in open top fermenters. Following 22 days of alcohol fermentation the grapes were pressing into barrels for MLF.

Medium bodied red wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
