The 2008 was an impressive vintage for the Mamre Brook Shiraz with deep, concentrated dark fruit flavours softened nicely with chocolate and coffee and balanced delicately with soft tannins.

Full-bodied red wine, with a long finish, Light bubbles on pouring indicated good alcohol content, which did not deceive. Needs decanting and standing prior to drinking as a large amount of sediment noted. Drinks well now but should cellar

Salt ram Mamre Brook is one the finest vintages in 2008. Lovely bouquet and full bodied. Great wine with some heavy duty food. Enjoy!
