About this product

Carillon has a long and distinguished history in the Puligny-Montrachet appellation in the heat of Burgundy's Cote-de-Beaune due to being involved in winemaking in the area since 1520. Brother Jacques and Francois currently are the caretakers of the estate named after their father, Louis, and year in, year out make some of the most consistently brilliant wines in Puligny. The 2008 Premier Cru Les Perrières is a wonderful example of the typical style of Carillon which sees a coming together of purity of flavour with understated elegance.
