Carillon is a name that is synonymous with Puligny-Montrachet and can be dated back to 1520. Today the Domaine is managed by brothers Jacques and Francois Carillon who both look after the viticulture and winemaking. The Domaine is named after their father, Louis. This wine is from their smallest vineyard holding within the region, the Grand Cru Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet. A wine of immense power and purity, with complexity and structure that only a Grand Cru can provide.
