About this product

Sullivans Cove Single Cask American Oak Whisky is double distilled using Tasmanian barley and only the purest wilderness water from Tasmania's mountains and forests. Matured in hand selected American Oak Bourbon casks and allowed to settle and clear naturally, this single malt retains full, creamy lingering flavors. Each cask is bottled separately, yielding only around 250 bottles, making this our rarest Sullivans Cove Single Malt Whisky.

this is the sort of Whisky that is a classic! they are expensive but if you love a sweet flawless and smooth whisky and you can get hold of a bottle as when they come out they don't last long. go for it you will not regret it.

Priced as an every other time drink, but still well worth it. Short, sharp, drinks well neat. I alternate between Sullivans & Limeburners as a change from Highland Park, great to have quality Australian options in the whisky market.
