St HugoCabernet Sauvignon 2007
About this product
Sourced from not only one of Australia's finest Cabernet regions in Coonawarra, this St Hugo was borne out of the 2007 vintage which has surprised many by producing wines of complexity and longevity. A perfect blend of eucalypt and earthen tones with lifted cassis and ripe plum notes, this St Hugo is destined to be a classic just like some of the vintages preceding it.

Deep, bright colour; St Hugo has a long and distinguished history in Coonawarra, and seldom misses the mark; this is an impeccably structured and balanced wine, fruit and oak fused together, and some Coonawarra earth notes making their expected appearance.
