A deep crimson, with bright vermilion edges. Great colour. Mint, thyme, dried sage, Christmas cake spice and cassis billow across beautifully appointed oak pillars. For this style of warm climate, rich cabernet, the tannins are impeccably massaged into the fray. A lovely drink. Well measured. Screwcap. 14% alc drink to 2032. Special value.
