About this product

Honey Moon Vineyard began back in 2005 when Jane Bromley and Hylton McLean planted small parcels of Pinot Noir and Shiraz in the Adelaide Hills. Due to being struck by the overpowering presence of the moon during harvest, the wines were named after it. The Pinot Noir is wonderfully powerful with great richness, but balanced with a femininity and elegance. Great use of Dijon clones as well as a bit of whole bunch and wild ferments present a wine of true character and individuality.
