TahbilkCabernet Sauvignon 2006
About this product
Tahbilk, once known at Château Tahbilk, is located in the heart of central Victoria and is truly on of Victoria's (and Australia's) wine icons. It's landmark tower built in 1882 that still adorns the labels of all of their wines. This 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon is typical of Tahbilk being able to produce wines of extreme value that age wonderfully well in the medium to long term. A great vintage for the region has resulted in a wine of true structure and power. Nuances of cedary oak mingled with blackberry and blackcurrant fruit and earthy, spice box notes.
