Sourced from our Gladysdale and Deer Farm vineyards in the cool climate Upper Yarra Valley, this Sauvignon Blanc is textured and restrained. Complexity comes from fermentation in French oak or in stainless steel then stored on fine lees. This results in a balanced and fresh Sauvignon Blanc that is perfect for creamy pasta, fresh seafood, and veggie dishes.
