Came across this sake at a Japanese cooking class by Great Master, Hideo Dekura. Totally sublime, gentle and am a convert (hated sake before). Lash out, this is special, and, it's LOCAL!

I have had better Sake. This smells very alcoholic to me and it is not as smooth as other Japanese Sake I have had.

Good. It is cheap. If this is a present and you don't want to spend much then maybe.
