The second release in the series, Hinterland Big Pale Ale has a low malt profile that allows the Eclipse and Vic Secret hops to shine through. It’s citrusy, juicy, and lightly tropical. Too good not to be shared with friends.

Elevated hop flavours excite the palate with tropical fruit - Passionfruit, guava, pineapple… with great balance. A special drink, not a session ale

I've always been a fan of Stone & Wood and once I tried this Hinterland Big Ale I wasn't disappointed. Well, actually I was disappointed in the fact it was only a 'limited edition'. I immediately went and bought all the slabs [about 8 or 9]
