The Walter's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is named in honour of my Grandfather - Walter "Jock" Willson. After extended fermentation and nurturing, the wine was matured in French oak barriques before individual barrels were selected and blended.
This wine shows a core complexity of fruit with brooding earth and chocolate notes. It's refined tannin structure provides elegant texture that can be appreciated now or will be rewarded with cellaring.
