The palate is smooth and supple with plum, dark cherry and blackberry characters seamlessly supported by sweet vanilla notes from the 15 months spent in predominantly American oak. This is a beautiful, plush wine that drinks well now and can be carefully cellared for up to 10 years. As the name suggests, this full bodied Shiraz will pair perfectly with prime cuts and great occasions.
