Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Not a great vintage for red wines in the Hunter, but this wine rises above expectations, the medium-bodied palate with focused blackcurrant, raspberry and mulberry fruit, and a long, silky finish.
