Wise Wolf Limestone Coast Chardonnay displays a wonderful bouquet of white stone fruits, green melon and nougat. The palate is a smooth mix of white peaches, nutty flavours followed by a gentle vanilla oak.

Not a big woody one like some of the Aussie Chardonnays but really smooth. One of my favourites now 😊

I think this is a Chardonnay that would improve with a little cellaring. It's a little too sharp and acidic for my taste. Some time to cellar would settle this down and likely develop some of the background oak characteristics. If you have
