About this product

Surrounded by Chablis vineyards on all sides, the family estate was founded in 1973 by Jean-Marc Brocard, who has since been joined by his son Julien. The estate spans almost 200 hectares, 66 of which are certified organic. Precision, power and freshness are the signature characteristics of Brocard wines.

This Premier Cru Vaillons is an excellent expression of all the typical Chablis characteristics: freshness, acidity and minerality. This wine is plump and generous on the palate, and is one of the most popular on the Serein river’s left bank.

Pale yellow with green glints, with aromas of yellow fruits (apricot, peach) and lemon zest, flowing on to a sleek, lithe palate with floral characters and lemony notes. A refined, delicious, complex, and wonderfully supple wine.
