Dry, Full Bodied style of SyrahYoung winemaker, Matthieu Barret, has been making his hand-crafted wines at Domaine du Coulet since 1998 and prides the wines on their expression of the Cornas terroir. Vineyards planted on 10 hectares of terraced land produce a Syrah of spicy richness and elegance. Mattheiu seems to be able to balance the innovation of modern winemaking with the tradition of the region beautifully to create a wine of utmost purity.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
