Sitting in the oak for only 16 months to retain freshness, this eclectic Pinot Noir shows aromas of cherry and exotic spice complimented by flavours of forest floor with a real savoury bent to it. Known to age for considerable time, the Giaconda Pinot Noir requires some patience.
