A famous ancient property that dates back to the 12th century and whose fortunes were revived by the Benedictine Monks in 1741. Their delicate Sauvignon Blanc Semillon blend is fermented in Stainless Steel tanks but recently has been spending 3 months in new oak. Carbonnieux's white is the more famous sibling showing gorgeous upfront and bright fruit early and after many years in the cellar, the Semillon takes over to soften the broaden the palate fantastically.
