Château Clerc-MilonPauillac 2007
About this product
Historically a rather neglected property, but has seen recent rejuvination due to the famous Baron Phillippe de Rothschild taking charge of the estate. Named after the original owner, Clerc, and the small village in which the Château lies, Milon, the wine itself is predominated by Cabernet Sauvignon which sets it apart from another Rothschild Château, d'Armailhac. 2007 saw a Clerc-Milon of elegance and austerity with close knit tannin to suit medium term ageing.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
