Matured in ex-Apera (Australian sherry-style) casks from South Australia this expression offers an intriguing balance of sweet and spice that takes plenty of influence from its cask. Nant Sherry Cask has rich maple aromas complemented by hints of hazelnuts, almonds and spice. As smooth as it is balanced with a dry oak tone, with hints of orange toffee and heated dried fruits and a medium nut and coffee finish.
