Comes from Pemberton and Margaret River, and is devoid of oak, although the bouquet would make you wonder if you didn't know better; it is a harbinger of the complex flavours of grassy/snow pea/green capsicum probably coming at least in part from the semillon, the subtle passionfruit and lychee from the sauvignon blanc. All up, mouthwatering.
