BouchardLe Corton Grand Cru 2007
About this product
Bouchard Le Corton is one of the most famous of all Grand Cru vineyards in Burgundy and one of the most exclusive. The wines from these vineyards were the favourite of Emperor Charlemagne and have a history dating back to the 2nd century BC. The only red wine Grand Cru on the Côte de Beaune, Le Corton is a history vineyard which gave the name to the Corton appellation. The 2007 Le Corton has an intense bouquet with aromas of bright fruit and spice. Wonderfully rich and structured, Le Corton will require patience as it ages gracefully in the cellar.
