BouchardVolnay Caillerets Ancienne Cuvée Carnot 2007
About this product
Bouchard Volnay Caillerets Ancienne Cuvée Carnot is a very important vineyard for Bouchard in that is was the first vineyard plot bought by the family back in 1775. Of the appellation, it has been said "he who has no vines in Caillerets, knows not the worth of Volnay". Bouchard cannot be accused of such with this quality Pinot Noir emanating from soils of a thin layer of limestone over a cracked rocky tableland. Exquisite fruit and spice aromas in perfect harmony with the palate that is rich, smooth and voluptuous.
