The 96's matured palate has velvet fruit flavours of plums, jammy figs and subtle herbs with soft tannins and underlying oak.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
