Louis Saier makes an ethereal, yet powerful Pinot Noir from Grand Cru vineyard, Clos de Maréchaudes that is one of the 'largest' in the region. Robust tannin is a hallmark of the wine has the propensity to last for decade upon decade just like this fabulous 1990 that is drinking beautifully after 20+ years in bottle.
