Pierre Bourée Et FilsCharmes-Chambertin 1990
About this product
Pierre Bourée et Fils is a wonderful family owned Domaine in the famed appellation of Gevrey-Chambertin and has been so since the 19th century. In 1922 the son of Pierre, Bernard, took over the running of the house and bought the famous Grand Cru vineyard at Charmes-Chambertin. The 1990 Charmes-Chambertin is a majestic wine that is looking like a grand old Burgundy at this point in it's life. Primary fruit has made way for lovely savoury notes of small goods, dry herbs and lots of spice. A
