About this product
Domaine Armand Rousseau is considered by many to not only be the 'top of genre' for Chambertin, but for all the Cote d'Or. Armand, the man, had a family history that included vine growers, coopers, merchant's and courtiers and this allowed Armand to procure land in prestigious areas which have become Grand Cru vineyards. The 1997 Close de Bèze showcases the purity and splendour of Burgundy along with a brilliant propensity to age skillfully.
