Located in the commune of Barsac, Château Doisy Daëne was once apart of a larger estate encompassing all three Doisy estates. The Second Growth producer typically creates a lighter style dessert wine than most, with the 1988 being one of the lightest of the late 80's vintages. Subtle fruits of apple and orange peel on the nose and the added complexity of age make this dessert wine ideal for drinking now.
