MajellaThe Malleea Cabernet Shiraz 2001
About this product
Malleea', an Aboriginal term meaning +green paddock+ continues the great tradition of Australian Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz blends. Majella takes the ripest fruit from the oldest vines to produce and finely structured and elegant red. The 2001, the fifth produced, is a 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Shiraz blend made from Coonawarra fruit. The palate is layered with berry fruit, olives and hints of dark chocolate balanced by the tannins, enhancing the finish.
