Majella takes the ripest fruit from the oldest vines to produce and finely structured and elegant red. The 2001, the fifth produced, is a 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Shiraz blend made from Coonawarra fruit. The palate is layered with berry fruit, olives and hints of dark chocolate balanced by the tannins, enhancing the finish.
