SeppeltSt Peters Great Western Shiraz 2007
About this product
Sourced from the vineyards surrounding the Seppelt winery in Great Western, St Peters has long been a firm favourite of cool-climate Shiraz lovers. Known for a distinct propensity to age gracefully, the 2007 St Peters looks to be of the same mould. While still in drought conditions, the 2007 St Peters is still looking elegant and classical. Definite flavours of Chinese five spice, cedar, black pepper and eucalypt with just the right smattering of primary fruit to carry the wine early which will develop further with some careful cellaring.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Deep crimson-purple; aromatic red and black fruit nuances on the bouquet lead into a gently spicy medium-bodied palate, which has true elegance and harmony.
