The 2008 has been carefully cellared in our climate controlled cellars, making it perfect to be enjoyed now with wood fired pizza with chilli pancetta.

Had this wine cellared for the last three years as an experiment. The outcome was successful, being most flavoursome, ample body with a nice finish. I believe that this wine did benefit from further aging.
