Annie's Lane Cabernet Merlot is a great example of this classic red blend. The Cabernet Sauvignon provides the structure to this wine while the Merlot's fleshy plum fruit fills out the mid-palate. The finish is tied together with chalky tannins, soften by that little extra time spent in our climate controlled cellar. The 2008 is sure to be a firm favourite with many who love an easy drinking style with a full-bodied backbone.

Beautifully rich and smooth, not heavy, soft early and leading to light fruit and silky tannins on the long palette. Highly enjoyed this. good desert wine.
