60% French oak, 40% American. 15% new oak. Creamy vanilla characters glide over smooth plum-shot fruit. A tried and true formula, done well here. Gum leaf and caramel notes add more to the show, but firm tannin keeps it all nicely in control. Not a foot wrong.
