As pure as a spring day and smelling of a citrus orchard in bloom. A heady mix of lime and lemon sprinkled with ginger powder are just teasers, as this is complex and beguiling. The palate is long and defined by acidity as much as the power of the fruit. It has texture, succulence and a slickness rendering it assured and impressive.
