Classic garrigue rusticity, floral notes, spicy red fruit, medium bodied, dried herb, small hint of black olive, rounded oak finish. This needs a little time to open up and give its best. Nicely layered, with generosity of flavour. A lick of pepper on the finish. Great with char grilled lamb back strap skewered on rosemary sticks.
