At just a few kilometers from the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Rasteau vineyard is one of the most impressive of the Vaucluse region. The Rasteau is aged in oak casks for 12 to 16 months prior to bottling which produces a wine the balances between elegance and power.

This wine was left by a friend after a dinner party...so glad. I wasn't sure what the grape variety was at the time as it wasn't on the bottle.(Thank you Google) I thought it may have been a pinot but there was a bit too much floral and fru
