Semi Dry, Light Bodied style of Pinot GrisHarvested and pressed immediately, the clean juice was separated to stainless steel tank (70%) and oak barrels (30%). Barrels were stirred monthly to encourage textural palate weight. Blended, filtered and bottled after 6 months. Floral melon and stone fruit aromas flow onto the medium textured palate. Power and depth finish dry expressing fruit varietals.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Semi-dry wines are perceptibly sweet but leaning towards dry.
