With a few years behind it now in bottle, this Octavius is certainly ready to be enjoyed.

...the concentration of old vine material is without question, and the array of dark fruit is beautifully framed by the oak... dark, tarry, earthy and very complex on the fi nish, the wine is massively proportioned, but superbly put together.
