Some of the 2021 semillons are really turning on the early appeal. Vibrant, fresh, somewhat juicier styles. Bright and juicy! Tinned pineapple, tonic water, green herb, white pepper. Palate and bouquet matching. Racy, transparent, clean and crisp. Delicious, very, very racy, pretty wine.

Sourced from the alluvial sands of the Dalwood Vineyard in Branxton, Australia’s oldest continually operating vineyard. Free-run juice only, fermented cool and left on fine lees for 4 months. Scents of lemon oil, nettle, lemongrass, tonic and thyme. Crisp and delicate of feel, with plenty of tow. Could use some mid-palate sap, but plenty to like.
