SeppeltChalambar Shiraz 2007
About this product
Seppelt Chalambar is sourced from fruit in both the Bendigo and Grampians wine regions in central Victoria and has always considered one of the true affordable cellar stars. The 2007 was born out of a difficult vintage with ongoing drought always concern, but the 2007 Chalambar seems to have defied the trend and produced a wine of elegance and structure. Having been stored in our climate controlled cellars for the past 5+ years, the 07 Chalambar is the perfect medium-bodied food style ready to be enjoyed today.

A full-bodied wine crammed with spicy black fruits, licorice and lingering tannins running through the length of the palate; good oak, and a dyed-in-the-wool stayer.
