About this product

McLaren Vale Shiraz - one of Australia's true wine treasures. With it's maritime climate, ancient soils and old vine plantings, the region is home of the some of the world's greatest Shiraz wines. The Ingoldby 2007 Shiraz has been carefully cellared in our climate controlled cellars and is now showing all the characters we all love about the region. Ripe red cherry fruit complimented with spice and chocolate nuances that are perfect when paired with rich game dishes or some garlic and roasted eggplant.

2007 - Dan Murphys cellar release. Good dark colour. Not thrilled with wine in general but a bit better than just ok. I would have expected it to be softer after so long in the bottle. I suppose what do you expect for $13.
