4.5 stars The Age Epicure
The relatively neutral personality of many Italian white grapes either charms you or leaves you wondering what the fuss is about. The Yarra Valley example of the Piedmontese arneis leans to the "charm" side of teh equation via delicate pear, citrus and herbal aromas, a light, tangy palate and tight minerally acid.
