Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

A good 30% old-vine material, some whole berres, 12 months in older oak with some new oak included as well. Lake Breeze's entry-level label is not to be missed. It's extraordinary value, given the detail of winemaking involved. Good all-round crimson plum notes, fine mocha on the palate and cleverly handled tannin coating.
