Used the Port to make my wife a Duck Beast with Cherry Sauce recipe for her Birthday. Delicious. Port gave the recipe a lovely flavour.

I was expecting a $39.99 bottle of Portuguese Port to be a shade better than the $11 Walker Grove 2 L cask of Tawny I enjoy before I retire for the night. I was wrong. Seriously wrong! The Niepoort Ruby was harsh, not very nice, and left
