Shiraz from Blewitt Springs. It's low in obvious oak influence but chock-full of fruit flavour. This is dark and grunty with blackberry and roasted plum flavours diving into licorice, earth and peppercorn. It means business, in a good way, though it remains fragrant and fresh.
