Made from 100% Clare Valley free run juice, the fruit is sourced from a single vineyard located at Sevenhill in the heart of the Clare Valley. The vineyard is situated 475 metres above sea level, a relatively cool site for the region. The vines are grown on red-grey loam over sandstone and slate shale subsoil which produces minerality within the wine.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
