The Wood’s Paddock Vineyard, just east of Avoca, in Victoria's Pyrenees, is three acres of shiraz, twenty years’ old and farmed organically. The cool climate site has resulted in fragrant and layered expression of shiraz. It spent 12 months in oak followed by 3 months in tank, before bottling unfined, with a very light polishing filtration.
